1. Loan Application Form (With complete information & signed by Applicant)

2. Copy Of NRIC (Front & Back)

3. Income Documents

   1. Last 2 years Notices Of Assessment

   2. Latest 12 Months CPF Contribution Statement, OR

   3. Latest 3 Months Computerized Payslips

4. Sales & Purchase Agreement of Purchased Vehicle

5. Copy of Enquire PARF / COE Rebate for Registered Vehicle
